1. Service Agreement
By booking a cleaning service with Maid Pretty Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, professional cleaning for residential and commercial spaces across Shreveport, Bossier City, and surrounding areas.You agree to provide accurate contact and property details when booking and to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date.
2. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our booking form.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to up to 50% of the service cost to compensate our cleaners for reserved time slots.
3. Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, or approved invoicing through trusted platforms (e.g., ZenMaid, Stripe).Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.Quoted prices are based on the information provided; additional charges may apply for excessive clutter, pet waste, or hazardous conditions.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
We guarantee satisfaction on every cleaning. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no cost.Maid Pretty is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or wear and tear from normal cleaning.Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal items prior to cleaning.
5. Privacy & Communication
By booking or contacting us, you consent to receive service updates, appointment reminders, and occasional promotions via email or text.
We protect all customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of marketing messages anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
